I started going to Judy after discovering I had high blood pressure at its height 187 / 100.
The Doctors just said for me to monitor it.
I was also suffering from a series of late night panic attacks. In the past I had had reflexology treatments. I sought out a reflexologist.
Judy gave me weekly treatments and gave me instructions on what to do when I was experiencing the panic attacks.
I now have a regular blood pressure of 120 / 80. Judy is a superb reflexologist very intuitive. Highly recommended 🥇

I have been visiting Judy for reflexology regularly now for a couple of months. I have always known reflexology keeps me well and energised but after my last therapist stopped doing reflexology, I think I missed around 12 months.
