About Judy Evans Reflexology
Hello, I’m Judy, a reflexologist based in Seaton Delaval, near Whitley Bay and Newcastle. With over 30 years of experience, I offer a calm and welcoming space where you can take time to relax, unwind and focus on your wellbeing.
My Background
I was born in Durban and lived in South Africa until 2009. My interest in health and wellbeing began early, leading me to train as a nurse in 1986.
After the birth of my third daughter, I developed a strong interest in reflexology and began my training in 1995. Since then, reflexology has become both my profession and my passion.
Experience and Approach
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of people, including those in maternity care, children, individuals living with dementia, and those receiving end of life care.
As a result, I have gained a deeper understanding of how reflexology may support people at different stages of life. Each treatment is tailored to you as an individual, taking into account both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Training and Qualifications
I trained with Inge Dougans at The International Academy of Reflexology and Meridian Therapy and I am a MAR Member of the Association of Reflexologists.
This means you can feel confident that you are receiving treatment from a qualified and experienced practitioner who follows professional standards.
A Little About Me
Outside of my work, I enjoy keeping active and spending time with my family and grandchildren. I believe that taking time to look after yourself is important, and reflexology offers a gentle way to do just that.
